Job Description

Who is a Mentor?

A Mentor delivers skill-building on 40 core skills for self-development towards employ-ability and 8 dimensions of transformation of the peripheral skills for life.
A Mentor is either a second-career woman, a trainer, a coach or a PG student in Psychology/Counseling/Social Work, or anybody who has a passion in training adolescent children. After undergoing an intense TTT, the Mentor becomes a trustworthy counselor and will create a real impact on the Puthri scholar through a 5 year consistent and ongoing relationship.

Role & responsibilities

To be committed with the role and the work assigned
To work along with different volunteer teams
To update the work done in the CRM tool with the access provided

Education: People from Humanities background preferred but not restricted for potential talent from other streams
