Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.

  • Handle inbound calls and emails providing detailed information on visa requirements and application procedures.

  • Assist customers with completing online visa application forms accurately.

  • Resolve inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and application statuses.

  • Adhere to company policies and legal requirements while handling sensitive information securely.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.
  • 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field (customer service/support).
