Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated AgencyGrowthManager (AGM) to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of agents, driving sales performance, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents
Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
Plan and implement sales strategies for business growth
Foster a positive and productive team environment
Maintain good relationships with clients and team members

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling and sales management
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
