Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team
• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including AP/AR, GST, TDS, and payroll
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing & reporting
• Manage statutory audits, internal controls, and compliance
• Develop financial strategies to support organizational goals
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Implement process improvements and cost control measures
