Designation: M1 Assistant Manager

Role: Virtual Relationship Manager

Salary: 3.50 LPA + PLP (policy-based)

Training Fee: 50,000 (fully refundable)

Work Mode: Permanent, Office-Based

Location: Thane (Mumbai)

Graduate with 50% and above (final year students can apply)

Freshers and postgraduates (MBA/BE/B.Tech) welcome

Age: Below 25 years
-
Experience: 0-5 years in sales (preferred)

Excellent communication skills
-
Must not have worked with the bank or its group companies earlier

Family members of existing employees not eligible
-
Contact Wealth/Privy clients through outbound calls
-
Promote banking solutions (cards, loans, deposits, etc.)
-
Achieve key metrics in sales, customer satisfaction, and service quality
-
Ensure compliance with banking norms and maintain records
-
100% office-based role, no field assignments
-
50% refund (25,000) after 1 year
-
Remaining 50% refund (25,000) after 2 years
-
5-day working week
-
Sundays off + 1 rotational leave
-
