Senior Staff Engineer, ETL Testing @ Nagarro

Job Description

You will be a valuable addition to our team as a QA Lead with 10+ years of total experience in QA roles, demonstrating strong leadership skills and hands-on testing expertise. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining automation frameworks using Python for ETL testing, conducting API testing (manual and automated), and ensuring data quality through proficiency in SQL queries, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Additionally, you will be involved in UI testing using tools like Selenium and Cypress, performance testing, and collaborating with developers to analyze test results and resolve issues. Your role will require you to understand project requirements, interact with clients to define testing scope and acceptance criteria, and prepare test plans/strategies. You will be responsible for estimating test effort, managing risks, designing automated testing frameworks, and setting up best practices for test automation. Furthermore, you will be expected to prepare test reports, communicate quality metrics, and participate in retrospective meetings to continuously improve the testing process. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as you will be working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams. Your ability to analyze multiple alternatives, identify root causes of issues, and propose effective solutions will contribute to the success of our projects.,
