Job Description

Role: Deposits Specialists/Domain Specialist

Exp- 5+ Years

Responsibilities:
Process incoming funds for client accounts (checks, wires, ACH) with correct tax codes
Demonstrate good risk management decisions; mitigate any financial or reputational risk to the company
Must process with efficiency and accuracy
Multi-tasking for completion between department tasks and workflows
Generate reports and notices to clients as assigned
Perform strong client interaction and outreach
Review deposit reports and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed (10 Key experience is required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use critical thinking to problem solve
Highly motivated individual who takes initiative to ensure daily tasks are being completed
Knowledge of Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) and other investment accounts is a plus
