Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Coordinate lead generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Conduct research on prospective customers to identify effective lead channels.
- Negotiate and close sales while meeting set targets.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and guidelines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic approach.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
