We are hiring for a role based in Bangalore to drive sales for our Data Center Computing Sales division.
You will be responsible for leading sales across a portfolio of Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Backup, HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure) and AI Infrastructure solutions. These solutions are built in collaboration with leading global technology partners including HPE, Dell, Nutanix, VMware, Veeam and Nvidia.
Solutions Portfolio You Will Drive:
Compute & Storage Enterprise-grade server and storage infrastructure
Virtualization & Cloud Virtualization platforms and hybrid cloud environments
Backup & DR Modern data protection, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
AI & GPU Infrastructure High-performance infrastructure for AI workloads and analytics
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Growth Ownership: Take full ownership of GP targets for the region, with clear accountability for business outcomes.
Strategic Account Leadership: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with key enterprise accounts, driving long-term partnerships.
Executive-Level Engagement: Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to position Frontier as a trusted partner for Enterprise and AI solutions.
Partner & Ecosystem Strategy: Shape and drive joint go-to-market initiatives with OEMs and distributors, ensuring preferential positioning and sustained growth.
Pipeline Leadership: Develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent delivery on quarterly and annual goals.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, marketing, delivery, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure flawless execution.
Market Development: Identify new growth opportunities, lead business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate should necessarily have Business acumen, is energetic & self-motivated & exhibits a high degree of inter-personal skills (team player) as he/she works with others across the organisation (needs to manage a Team). And yes! You need to communicate smart & understand internal & external expectations! Given the exposure, the canvas to play upon, the need to keep learning new things very fast, lets face it ... the role can be daunting for some. If you are an MBA / BE it helps & if no & believe that your MBA comes from your work experience then that's fine. Age no bar (assuming youre young at heart). Technology sales experience helps, if no, then you need to be truly brilliant at what you do.
Salary? Depends on what you bring to the table (in the range of ___Lacs/annum). Of course, you will need to link a part of the same to performance (no free lunches remember).
