Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To source LAP files through banks internal and external channels
To manage a team of HDB right from recruitment, training and sourcing mortgages business
To achieve mortgages target for the designated area / branches / channels (internal and external) by driving the team towards the productivity benchmark
To cross sell and source Insurance, CASA, credit cards, FD
Ensure timely checks are done on health items

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation with background in LAP/HL/Working Capital Sales

Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry

Sales and Influencing Skills, good communication
