As the CTIO Performance and PMO Manager , you will play a crucial role in setting up the PMO Standards, policies, procedures and templates Part of the PMO is to ensure we put in a governance framework to collate, and publish metrics across the Performance Map that covers the CTIO goals and objectives, 6 strategy Pillars, Safe Agile Portfolios, and Unite
Help in digitization the parameters need for the agreed Metrics, KPIs and Outcomes as needed
Also help the IS Audits team where needed
Main responsibilities
- Define and set up PMO Standards, policies, procedures and templates
- Work with Leadership, Senior Managers, Managers and engage to understand what works best for each portfolio, program, projects and at the same time, standardize best practices, lessons learnt across projects
- Work with Program and project teams to understand and capture parameters needed as a part of Metrics/KPI collection
- Help work with the CTIO director in digitization and tool selection for system driven metrics
- Roll out the digitization and tooling for system driven metrics
- Work with relevant tools team, manage change and get the relevant parameters digitized and enable system capture
- Support the IT IS audits for (K and 20K
- Put in place and help in automating the artefacts collection process needed as a part of IT audits (IS 9K and 20k)
- Assertive, enable teams to achieve targeted metrics/KPIs, identify Gaps and course correct
- Run workshops, Presentations and Governance calls, reporting

Experience Range 15+ Years
Ability to Navigate the Organization, Telco background, Orange Business experience a bonus
Experience and exposure to Transformation, SAFE Agile, Contract, Vendor, supplier Management
