Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Cloud and Generative AI targets.
  • Build top-of-mind recall and strong relationships with focus OEMs.
  • Prioritize understanding and addressing customer pain points, rather than simply selling products
  • Leverage Frontiers 31-year legacy, Hybrid Capabilities and strong OEM partnerships to offer custom AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact
  • Sell vertical-specific AI solutions, including but not limited to Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail and Education.
  • Sell at a premium by emphasizing value and differentiation, not competing on lowest price (L1).

  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Grit and perseverance in challenging situations.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills across internal & external stakeholders.
  • Experience in Enterprise IT or Cloud Sales (preferably AWS and Azure), with proven customer-facing capabilities, including strategic business roadmap discussions with C-level executives and senior IT leaders.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about what they do & brings in high energy, drive, self-motivation, ownership and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.

If your deeply invested & passionate about what you do, then this role will feel exciting and rewarding and the exposure will serve as a solid stepping stone in your career. If you have an engineering degree and/or MBA it helps, but if you don't & believe that your education comes from your work experience that's fine. Age no bar (as long as youre young at heart). Salary? Depends entirely on what you bring to the table (In the past it ranged between __ LPA) . Of course, you will need to link a part of the same to performance (there are no free lunches, remember!).
