Job Description

Job Title: Senior Data Engineer (Airflow, Bigquery, DBT, Terraform, Python) || 6+ Years Bangalore (Hybrid)

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid 2/3 days in office)
Experience: 6 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Airflow, DBT, and Python.
Manage and optimize data storage, transformation, and querying on BigQuery.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Buildkite/GitHub for automated testing and deployment.
Work with Terraform to manage infrastructure as code.
Integrate and process data from multiple sources, including Kafka, Pub/Sub, and NiFi.
Design scalable data models and ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Ensure monitoring, logging, and performance tuning of data pipelines.

Mandatory Skills:

Airflow, DBT, BigQuery, Python, Terraform, GitHub.
Strong experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development and data modeling.
Hands-on with data integration and streaming technologies (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
Good understanding of data quality frameworks & governance.

Good to Have Skills:

Kubernetes exposure.
Experience with NiFi.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
