Job Description
Job Title: Senior Data Engineer (Airflow, Bigquery, DBT, Terraform, Python) || 6+ Years Bangalore (Hybrid)
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid 2/3 days in office)
Experience: 6 10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Airflow, DBT, and Python.
- Manage and optimize data storage, transformation, and querying on BigQuery.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Buildkite/GitHub for automated testing and deployment.
- Work with Terraform to manage infrastructure as code.
- Integrate and process data from multiple sources, including Kafka, Pub/Sub, and NiFi.
- Design scalable data models and ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Ensure monitoring, logging, and performance tuning of data pipelines.
Mandatory Skills:
- Airflow, DBT, BigQuery, Python, Terraform, GitHub.
- Strong experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development and data modeling.
- Hands-on with data integration and streaming technologies (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
- Good understanding of data quality frameworks & governance.
Good to Have Skills:
- Kubernetes exposure.
- Experience with NiFi.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
