Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience with integrations using Azure, SSIS, and KingswaySoft is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) and build Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) applications.
2. Design, implement, and manage Power Automate flows for business process automation.
3. Design and customize Power BI reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
5. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services, SharePoint Online, Teams, and third-party applications.
6. Write and manage SSIS Packages and configure data integrations using KingswaySoft.
7. Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and support ongoing projects and troubleshooting.
8. Participate in code reviews, solution architecture discussions, and deployment processes using tools like TeamCity or similar.

Must-Have Skills

• 7-8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration.
• Experience with SSIS Packages and KingswaySoft for data migration and integration.
• Proficient in SQL Server, relational database design, and writing complex queries.
• Solid understanding of Azure integration capabilities (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, etc.).
• Experience with TeamCity or similar CI/CD automation tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams integration.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, source control (Git/Azure DevOps), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant) and PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).
• Experience in performance tuning Power Platform components and SQL queries.
• Ability to work with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
