Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via chat, email, or in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Support OS installations (Windows, Mac) and software updates.
Assist in maintaining an inventory of IT assets.
Create and update documentation related to troubleshooting steps and FAQs.
Collaborate with the IT team for system upgrades and rollouts.

Preferred candidate profile

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common office applications.
Familiarity with basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced IT environment.
