2 - 4 years of experience in documenting business requirements and technical specifications.

Strong writing, editing and proof-reading skills Proven expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to details Fluent spoken and written English communication skills is a must.

Experience in creating diagrams, mock-ups using tools like MS Visio, Draw.IO or other similar visual tools will be an advantage.

Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman is a plus.

Job Role:

• Develop, write, and maintain documentation, including user manuals, business requirement documents, software guides and API documentation.
• Work closely with product managers to understand user requirements and with technical managers to understand technical requirements.
• Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Organize and structure content to improve usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to create diagrams, visuals, and interactive content working on wireframes
• Write user stories
• Ensure compliance with company documentation standards and best practices.
