The role requires designing test plans, executing end-to-end test strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality Workday implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute test plans and test cases with focus on Workday Reporting & Prism TestingPerform Functional, SIT, Regression, and End-to-End TestingCollaborate with product and business teams for UAT executionValidate Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, security, and Prism data integrationsManage and track defects efficiently using standard tools (JIRA/ALM)Work within Agile methodology and participate in sprint ceremoniesRequired Skills 4+ years of Workday Testing experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Reporting & Prism Testing
Knowledge of report validations, data transformations, integrations
Adept in defect management
Experience in Agile/Scrum environmentsPreferred Skills Workday HCM exposure along with Reporting & Prism
Workday certification in Reporting / Prism (preferred)
