Job Description

Position - GIS Engineer - QC Expert (5 Months Contract)

Experience - 3 to 10 years

Responsibilities :

Satellite Imagery interpretation for layers like Drainage, Physiography, Vegetation, Roads and Agriculture etc.
Exposure on GIS / RS projects.
GIS data cleanup (capturing of new features, Re-alignment, Attribute data clean-up, Feature code updation, topology etc.).
Conversion from one format to another or from one projection (data definition) to another.
Able to manage team
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of project

Requirement:

Remote Sensing experience 3-10 Years
GIS/Map data conversion/Digitization.
Knowledge of topographic data
Hands on experience Arc GIS, QGIS.
Good coordination skills.
