Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Design and maintain UI components and design systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions.
• Ensure consistency across platforms and uphold best practices in UX and UI design.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
