Job Description:
- The role is to handle a very large sized project team.
- Effectively perform project management activities involving but not limited to planning & forecasting.
- Delivery management, client engagement, people management.
- Overall responsible for meeting project goals and business objectives.
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators and ability to take decisions to meet the KPIs.
- To possess excellent communication skills.
- To have ability to interact with key stakeholders from both RMSI and its Client.
- Present program results to key stakeholders at regular intervals.
Skills Required:
- Ability to generate new ideas creatively by thinking out of the box
- Capability of analyzing situations and making Strong decisions
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication
- Being Innovative to bring Fresh perspectives to Problem Solving
- Capability of maintaining Positive Relationships between Team Members, Clients and Stake holders
- Proven ability of Guiding Teams an lead projects to successful outcomes
- Should be strong in analytical skills.
- Team management.
Additional Skills:
- Should be certified PMP/Prince certification.
- Should have more than 5 years in managing a large project (1000+) employees in the past successfully.
