Job Description
Role Summary:-
As a Business Analyst in the Sustainability & Climate Risk practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work at the intersection of sustainability, risk intelligence, and technology to support lead generation, market engagement, and delivery enablement for high-impact climate risk and ESG solutions including carbon accounting, multi-hazard risk forecasting, and sustainability reporting.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Strategic Market Engagement & Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify early-stage opportunities across sectors (industrial clients, banks, NBFCs, corporates) with a focus on sustainability and ESG offerings.
- Drive first-level client meetings to position services such as Multi-Hazard Risk Assessment, Climate Risk Advisory, and SirennX Climate Impact Forecasting Platform.
2. Marketing & Outreach for Climate Risk Services
- Co-lead the development of marketing collaterals brochures, pitch decks, blogs, LinkedIn posts, and emailers tailored to new offerings and client needs.
- Curate narratives that align technical capabilities with client-specific sustainability goals and regulatory trends (e.g., TCFD, BRSR, IFRS S2).
3. Internal Coordination & Advisory Support
- Facilitate timely delivery of multi-hazard advisory content and sustainability data to internal stakeholders (BD, marketing, delivery).
- Ensure smooth handover and feedback loops between prospecting, solution teams, and execution units.
4. Opportunity Management & Proposal Development
- Assist in preparing responses to RFPs, client briefs, and solution blueprints.
5. Operational Excellence
- Assist with contract review, invoicing, and SLA management across clients and vendor partners.
- Ensure error-free documentation and process compliance.
Skills & Qualifications:-
- MBA from a reputed institution, preferably with exposure to Sustainability, Risk, Strategy, or Finance.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, client management, or BD support, ideally within the ESG, risk, or consulting domain.
- Exposure to sustainability frameworks like TCFD, BRSR, IFRS S2, and carbon accounting methodologies.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in proposal creation, client reporting, or CRM tools.
- Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams with a solution-first mindset
