Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation:

  • Lead functional workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.

  • Configure D365 F&SCM modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, etc.) per client requirements.

  • Collaborate with technical teams for system customizations and integrations.

Project Delivery:

  • Manage full lifecycle implementations using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.

  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

  • Deliver training sessions and prepare user documentation.

  • Advise clients on ERP best practices, process optimization, and D365 capabilities.

Functional Expertise:

  • Proficient in D365 SCM modules, including:

    • Supply Chain: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing, Production Control, Master Planning, Warehouse Management.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 10+years in ERP functional consulting with at least 5 Implemantations in D365 F&SCM.

  • Domain Expertise: Strong functional knowledge in supply chain processes.

  • ERP Implementation: Proven track record in leading multiple end-to-end D365 F&SCM implementations.

  • Configuration Skills: Hands-on experience in configuring Finance and Supply Chain modules.

  • Methodologies: Experience working with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.

  • Communication: Strong client-facing, facilitation, and documentation skills.

Good-to-Have Skills & Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate or Finance Functional Consultant Associate.

  • Exposure to Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) for extended functionality.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps for project and task tracking.

  • Knowledge of integration touchpoints with third-party systems.

  • Multi-country and multi-currency implementation experience.
