We are looking for a Python Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in building scalable APIs, microservices, and backend systems using Python, Flask, and related technologies. The role requires a self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software in a collaborative environment.
Key skillsDevelop and maintain backend services using Python with frameworks such as Flask
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
Work with Celery for distributed task queues and RabbitMQ, Redis for message brokering and caching
Integrate and manage databases such as MongoDB and MySQL
Perform end-to-end development including coding, unit testing, debugging, and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver features
Use GitHub for version control and manage code repositories
Implement automation for job monitoring, health checks, incident resolution, and service request fulfillment
Support DevOps efforts including containerization using Docker
Stay current with trends in backend and automation technologies
3-5 years of experience in Python backend development
Strong proficiency in Python, Flask, REST APIs, and microservices
Experience with Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis
Proficient in database systems like MongoDB and/or MySQL
Familiar with GitHub for source control
Solid understanding of Docker and basic DevOps principles
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Passion for solving problems and learning new technologies
Experience in automation development for monitoring and operational workflows
Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
Quick learner with the ability to take ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
