Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with hands-on experience in the ITSM module, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Should have strong expertise in developing and customizing Service Catalog items and Service Portal Development.
Strong experience in business rules, Global business rule, ACL's, flow designer, Authentications.
Experience in building end-to-end integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
Proficient in Glide scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, triggers, Notification, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Familiarity with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Integration Hub.
ServiceNow certification (CSA/Developer) preferred.
