SAP SuccessFactors RCM Consultant

Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite
Timings: 10 AM 7 PM
Location: Client Office, Thane, Mumbai
Experience Required: Relevant Minimum 6 Years
Certification: Valid SAP SuccessFactors Certification (RCM mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering, blueprinting, and documentation for RCM projects.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) module.
• Integrate RCM with Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding (ONB), and Employee Central (EC).
• Support full recruitment lifecycle: job requisition, candidate application, interview scheduling, offer approval.
• Define and execute test cases, unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to HR teams.
• Stay updated with SAP SF product releases, roadmap, and best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Deep understanding of RCM, PMGM, LMS, and EC modules.
• Experience in linking:
  • RCM EC
  • EC RCM
  • RCM HCM
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • Job requisition and application templates
  • Rating scales, route maps, business rules
  • Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Metadata Framework (MDF)
• Experience with SAP CPI / Dell Boomi for integrations.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
• Additional certifications in PMGM, EC, or Onboarding are a plus.
