Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated associated to promote banking products and services. This role involves building strong customer relationships, , understanding client needs and providing the best financial solutions.

Job responsibilities:

Customer Engagement- Connect with potential and existing customers, understand needs and present tailored solutions.

Product knowledge- Clearly explain banking products and services and resolve customer queries.

Follow up - Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Reporting- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Shift timing- 10AM-7PM (day shift)

Pick and drop facility available

Weekly offs: Sunday fixed and +2  Saturdays off

Employment- On Hinduja Global

Male and female- only graduate freshers applicable
