Job Description

Provide clinical expertise on company products and processes through consultation, assessment, and education.
Address customer issues, represent their feedback to the team, and act as the voice of the customer.
Serve as a clinical expert for company staff, supporting new product launches, market trends, and customer-driven needs.
Identify and communicate business opportunities to the sales team in a timely manner.
Plan and deliver educational programs and training sessions for company employees.
Contribute to the development of clinical marketing content.
Design and implement customer-focused educational programs to address current and future needs.
Continuously update and expand clinical and technical knowledge of company products.
Organize and manage work schedules to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of customer expectations.
Maintain active membership in professional organizations to enhance ongoing professional growth.
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to assigned responsibilities.
Evaluate company products in the market and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
