Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking international patients and their families throughout their hospital journey.
- Assist patients with registration, admission, billing, discharge, and appointment scheduling while ensuring smooth coordination with clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Provide translation and interpretation support (French English/Kannada/Hindi) for consultations, reports, discharge summaries, and patient instructions.
- Handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring clarity in communication and cultural sensitivity.
- Support patients in navigating hospital services (consultations, diagnostics, pharmacy, insurance, and procedures).
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and other hospital staff to ensure seamless end-to-end patient experience.
- Collect patient feedback and escalate concerns to the Patient Experience team for resolution.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure confidentiality of medical records.
- Assist in international desk activities such as airport pickups coordination, accommodation support, and visa/insurance-related queries if required.
- Support hospital branding by ensuring positive word-of-mouth among international patients.
Skills Required:
- French proficiency at B1/B2 level (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (and Kannada/Hindi preferred).
- Patient-centric attitude with high empathy and cultural awareness.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare processes (admissions, billing, discharge).
- Problem-solving and conflict-handling ability.
