HIRING HR RECRUITER FOR ICICI LOMBARD @ Prabhadevi Office (OffRole)

Roles & Responsibilities: -

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
2. Co-ordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of positions
3. Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare MIS reports (weekly/monthly)
4. Ensure HR data accuracy and support audits/compliance

1. Graduation Mandatory
2. 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and MIS reporting
3. Strong knowledge into MS Excel (formulas, V-lookup, pivot)
