The incumbent is responsible to update and maintain books of accounts according to the accounting principles and statutory norms.
To supervise cash disbursement, cheque preparation and cash / bank transaction process.
To prepare and verify the monthly financial information and MIS.
To ensure updation and timely generation of the MIS to help senior management take informed decisions.
Maintaining and updating fixed assets register/records.
To ensure data entry of journal vouchers, monthly payments and other reconciliation vouchers.
To ensure accurate empanelled doctors payment records and timely disbursement of the due payments.
To monitors cost and profit performance of all departments regularly and suggests corrective action wherever needed.
To ensure timely payment to the vendors as per the purchase order.
Periodical Bank Reconciliation.
To manage daily banking activities including L/C documentation.
To ensure strict adherence to the departmental SOPs.
To review the state of various contracts and their renewal.
To identify the loop holes in the existing system and suggest corrective actions.
The assist FC in finalization of books of accounts and getting them audited.
To perform any other job assigned by the reporting authority.
To check and book various invoices of pharmacy, general stores, contractual bills and any bills that may come on time to time.
To assist the department in any on-going activity that may arise.
