Role & responsibilities
1. Looking after Manipal social medias. Daily communication with consultants, shooting videos, generating ideas for the same and executing it with external vendors like videographers as well as creative agencies for packaging, edit and posting. (For context, Arundhuti is the digital person who takes care of paid media, Website updation, SEO, departmental campaigns and promotions, WhatsApp blast etc. We need someone who would be hands on social media primarily)
2. Branding coordination and execution. ATL as well as BTL. ATL - TV, Print, Radio, OOH etc. BTL - Onground events. Ideation and closures will be done by me but vendor coordination and execution oversee to be done by the candidate.
3. Invoice management. Looking after all vendor payments. Coordination with external and internal stakeholders.
4. Overall, all departmental assignments as and when required needs to be taken care of.
