Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain IT Infrastructure on Cloud, Hybrid and on-premise data centers to deliver successful client outcomes.
Responsibilities1. Manage IT infrastructure issues for incidents, change request, availability, and performance,
2. Perform Security Patching, Hardening, Vulnerability Remediation for OS, Middleware, Databases
3. Perform Remediation of identified vulnerabilities either through infrastructure or working with Product teams.
4. Install and/or Deploy HCL Unica application patches or upgrades
5. Monitoring & Resolution of infrastructure to ensure ongoing system reliability
6. Support Resiliency, backup, and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities and processes
Experience and Qualifications 1. 4+ years of experience and a demonstrated track record in the successful DevSecOps processes and delivery in public or private cloud environments.
2. Proficiency in Red Hat Linux is mandatory. RHEL Certification is mandatory.
3. RedHat OpenShift knowledge is advantageous.
4. Experience with infrastructure as code (IAC) with tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.
5. Experience with databases such as key value, Relational, and NoSQL is a plus.
6. Experience working on & integrating with Cloud Platforms like: GCP, AWS, Azure is a plus
7. Experience deploying, managing web applications, web servers, application server frameworks in VM and Cloud based configurations
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross cultural and geographically distributed team
9. Experience in ITIL based processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and tools
10. Experience in DevOps, Monitoring processes and tools
11. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly with customers and business partners
12. Experience in working in customer facing role is a plus
Education
1. The role requires a 4-year university degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
2. One or more Technical Certifications on AWS, Redhat Linux, OpenShift.
Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai. 100% onsite at client location. All Sundays off. 2nd & 4th Saturday working. Follow Clients holiday calendar.
