Chartered Accountant - US GAAP & Compliance @ iLink Digital

Job Description

A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 4 years of experience and strong expertise in US GAAP and US statutory compliances to manage our books of accounts and financial reporting for US entities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, compliance with US regulations, and support management with financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update books of accounts in compliance with US GAAP.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
  
• Prepare and review financial statements in line with US GAAP disclosure requirements.
  
• Support in US statutory compliances including federal & state tax filings, payroll compliances, sales tax, and other regulatory filings.
  
• Coordinate with auditors, and tax advisors for statutory audits, tax returns, and compliance matters.
  
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and transfer pricing documentation.
  
• Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  
• Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  
• Stay updated with changes in US GAAP and US tax regulations.
