Job Description

Cognizant is looking for experienced Communication SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to join our Voice & Accent / Communication Training team in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality communication training sessions to associates.

Support classroom training delivery with strong facilitation skills.

Handle data, reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with training teams to enhance communication standards across projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in communication training.

Strong end-to-end training and facilitation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle classroom batches (1518 participants).

Microsoft Teams (Video Interview)

Screening PPT Evaluation Final Interview
