Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities and meeting targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to drive growth, increase revenue, and expand market share.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Identify new Business opportunities for expansion into Foreign Exchange (forex).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of ethics in all actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3- 6years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of Forex/Foreign Exchange concepts and regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful strategies for growth.
