Job Title: Technical lead -Java Developer

Location: Hybrid - Mumbai, chennai, Pune, Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Developer with strong experience in cloud-native development, AWS services, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Java microservices, Spring Boot, and full-stack development, along with hands-on expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS Observability.

Must-Have Skills:

• Java Development: Strong experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot
• Microservices Architecture: Design and development of scalable microservices
• DevOps Tools: Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes
• Messaging Systems: Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
• AWS Cloud Services:
• EKS, MSK, RDS
• API Gateway, Load Balancers, VPC
• Cost optimization strategies
• AWS Observability tools
• Design Patterns: Strong understanding of Java design patterns and best practices
• Full Stack Development: Exposure to front-end technologies is a plus

Soft Skills & Work Ethic:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Professional attitude and flexibility to work based on business needs
• Ability to work independently and learn new tools & technologies
• Prior experience working in Agile environments
• Daily client communication and status updates
• Adherence to client-defined processes and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
• AWS certifications (optional but preferred)
• Experience in performance tuning and cloud cost optimization
