Sr Talent Acquisition / Talent Management Executive - Chennai @ Skillmine

Job Description

Our client, a publishing company with international clients and decades of experience in academicsespecially scholarly publications having offices in Chennai (Kilpauk) and Thoothukudi, is looking for a Senior HR Executive who is hands-on in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, with a focus on sourcing for recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  

Employee Relations

• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries.
  
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  

Performance Management

• Coordinate the appraisal process and maintain performance records.
  
• Create and facilitate feedback mechanisms and performance improvement programs.
  

HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  
• Prepare and process HR documents (letters, contracts, etc.) on time.
  

Payroll & Benefits

• Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  
• Assist in benefits administration and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
  

Training & Development

• Support the execution of learning and development programs.
  
• Maintain training records and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
  

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure HR practices comply with labour laws and internal policies.
  
• Generate regular HR reports and analytics for management.
