What youll be doing:

*Lead and execute new product development projects from ideation to launch

*Partner with cross-functional teamsmarketing, operations, supply chain, and salesto bring innovative concepts to life

*Work closely with R&D and ensure all products meet quality, safety, and compliance standards

*Keep a sharp eye on market trends and consumer insights to craft products that truly stand out

*Experiment, innovate, and push boundaries to make Rage Coffee a household favorite

What were looking for:

-48 years of hands-on experience in product development (FMCG/Food & Beverages preferred)

-A creative yet process-oriented mind, who can balance innovation with execution.

-Passion for food, beverages, and consumer brands that disrupt markets

-Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
