Job Description
Were Hiring Senior Executive, Quality Control | Rage Coffee
Rage Coffee is on the lookout for a Senior Executive Quality Control who is passionate about delivering top-notch product quality and ensuring every sip of our coffee meets the highest standards.
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 48 years in Quality Control (Food & Beverages / FMCG preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and final products to maintain consistency in taste, aroma, and packaging.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP and other regulatory standards.
Perform sensory and microbiological testing of coffee products.
Monitor hygiene, equipment calibration, and SOP adherence across production lines.
Identify deviations, carry out root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with production, R&D, and suppliers for continuous improvement in quality standards.
Maintain quality records, prepare inspection reports, and support internal/external audits.
What Were Looking For
Graduate/Postgraduate in Food Technology / Microbiology or related field.
48 years of experience in Quality Control (FMCG / F&B industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of food safety, testing protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
