Experience- 4-7 yrs

Responsibilities

- Execute test cases for Salesforce (Salesforce Education Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud) builds, including functional and regression testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects in bug-tracking systems (Jira).
- Conduct end-to-end testing of integrations between Salesforce ecosystems, Amazon Connect, MQ systems and external systems.
- Validate workflows, customizations, and data movements in the platform.
- Provide detailed test execution reports to the Squad Test Lead.

Skills / Experience Needed

- Familiarity with Salesforce features and testing methodologies.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (preferred, though not mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for defect tracking and reporting.
