We are looking for dynamic Tele-callers with strong communication skills in English, Tamil & Hindi (additional languages are a plus). The role involves handling customer queries, appointment booking, and providing proactive customer support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and customer queries professionally.
- Use internal tools (Dialer, CRM, Appointment software) efficiently.
- Ensure timely resolution and follow-up of customer requests.
- Maintain floor discipline, grooming standards, and adhere to AHEL policies.
- Collaborate with team members and report daily activities to the manager.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, Tamil & Hindi.
- Basic system knowledge and ability to navigate software applications.
- Strong confidence, convincing ability, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts.
- Commitment to professionalism, discipline, and customer service excellence.
