Good communication skills required

What You'll Do:

• Call US insurance payers to resolve claim issues (denials, payments, adjustments)
• Analyze trends and escalate issues to supervisors
• Maintain documentation (SOPs, trackers, logs)
• Participate in training sessions to master Revenue Cycle Management
• Investigate complex patient account issues and collaborate with analysts
