-Role & responsibilities
-Developing and managing banking relationships with a select group of customers who are part of the portfolio mapped for their Financial Planning, Insurance and Investment Requirements.
-Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
-Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
-Plan and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
-Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
-Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
-Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with minimum of 2 years of experience with life insurance should apply.
Product Knowledge in LI, GI and Mutual Fund Products.
IRDA and AMFI Certification Employees will be preferred
Graduate : 3 -5 years of experience
Post Graduate : 2 -3 years of experience
