Role & responsibilities ;

1.Primary Responsibility is to recruit life insurance agents.

2.Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan

3 .Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan

4. Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents.
