Role & responsibilities

Billing Platform JD:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Billing Platform and other enterprise-grade billing systems is required, with additional experience being an advantage.
• Proven expertise in configuring and maintaining billing workflows, product catalogs, pricing structures, and usage-based billing setups within Billing Platform.
• Skilled in designing and managing seamless integrations between Billing Platform and ERP/CRM platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Strong ability to oversee billing operations including invoice generation, billing runs, and payment processing, ensuring precision and timely execution.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and resolving billing errors, data inconsistencies, and platform issues.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and pricing model adjustments.
• Thorough understanding of tax compliance, audit requirements, and revenue recognition standards.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards to monitor billing performance, forecast revenue, and support financial reconciliation.
