Optimize and lead Bench Management proactively for deployment readiness, minimizing down-time and seizing business opportunities
Spearhead Campus Hiring to attract young, high-potential talent for long-term growth
Young Talent Factory ownership Onboarding Training OJT Billed Deployment Confirmation Drive Data-driven insights to drive talent demand, supply metrics in line with the Talent Strategy that encompasses both the Talent Partners
