Key Responsibilities
Drive business through the Direct Channel by acquiring new customers for life insurance products.
Manage customer interactions, understand financial needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales service.
Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12 years of Direct Channel experience in the Life Insurance sector.
Proven track record of sales achievement with career stability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
Age: 2235 years preferred.
