- The Placement Head & Industry Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the placement process for students and developing strategic partnerships with industry professionals. Your responsibilities will include coordinating placements for both ISBF and JIMS campuses, facilitating job postings, campus recruitment drives, and placement events. You will work closely with students to understand their career goals, connect them with suitable job opportunities, and assist in interview preparation and skill development. Additionally, you will collaborate with companies to organize recruitment activities, interviews, and assessments. It will be essential to maintain records of student placements, job offers, and feedback while ensuring that the curriculum aligns with industry requirements. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with industry professionals, recruiters, and companies across various sectors will be a key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for conducting market research to identify job market trends, providing insights to academic teams, and partnering with industry leaders to organize programs and workshops for students. Maintaining accurate documentation of placements, employer engagement, and industry events, as well as generating reports on placement statistics, will be crucial for continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields, along with 10-12 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or industry relations. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are necessary, along with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office and placement management software is required, and experience working in educational institutions or training organizations is preferred. Overall, as the Placement Head & Industry Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful student placements, fostering industry partnerships, and staying updated on market trends to enhance the placement process and industry relations efforts effectively.,
