Job Description
- You will be working at Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm dedicated to shaping the future. Your role as a Process Developer- HRO will involve providing comprehensive support for key HR processes and transactions across the enterprise. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and accurate information to employees and people managers, while streamlining processes to ensure consistent data and insights. Your responsibilities will include being the initial point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR needs, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and supporting HR transactional work. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer needs, maintain confidentiality, and ensure Service Level Agreements are met. Additionally, you will conduct research, maintain procedures and systems, and provide quality assurance for People Connect Requests. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in written and verbal communication. You should also be adept at using a PC, Microsoft Office Suite, and human capital management software. This position is based in India, specifically in Hyderabad, and requires a full-time commitment.
