We are currently seeking applications for the position of Management Trainee-Record to Report. As a Management Trainee in this role, you will undertake various responsibilities including General Ledger close activities such as processing journals, account reconciliations, trial balance review, and reporting of unreconciled open items. Your tasks will involve the preparation and review of Month-end Accounting, Balance sheet account reconciliations, and reporting of open items. It is imperative to ensure the timely delivery of work, providing regular updates to all stakeholders, including clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for the preparation and updating of process documentation to maintain its relevance continuously. Conducting research, investigations, and detailed analysis with a logical approach will be part of your routine. Managing responses to queries from clients and auditors, monthly review of the P&L and balance sheet, and involvement in the migration of additional finance responsibilities are key aspects of this role. You will also manage ad-hoc reporting & queries, ensuring the integrity and completeness of financial records while complying with finance control standards.
